NRLS Quarterly Data Workbook up to June 2015

This issue of the NRLS Quarterly Data Workbook updates analysis of the NRLS patient safety incidents reported by NHS organisations in England and Wales to the National Reporting and Learning System up to June 2015.  The analysis presented in Section 1 covers all years based on the date that the reports were submitted to the NRLS.  Section 2 covers the previous four quarters presenting analysis on the data that the incidents were reported to have occurred.  If you have any queries relating to these data please email datarequest@nrls.nhs.uk.
